About The Position

This internship is a unique opportunity for a career minded individual to gain firsthand experience in various aspects of human resources including recruitment, talent marketing and branding, and HR administration. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR team contributing to the overall success of our organization while building functional HR skills.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MS Office proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and data efficiently.
  • Strong communication abilities: Both written and verbal.
  • Critical thinking: Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter: Demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.
  • Research and writing skills: Useful for tasks like policy development and employee communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including social media sourcing strategy.
  • Help maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to 2025 HR projects including our new job description library, SharePoint organization, and new employee orientation.
  • Assist with the maintenance of HR records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
