Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 Education Required: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) or MBA student Preferred fields: Digital Marketing, Business, SEO, Paid Search, Life Sciences, or related disciplines General Description: As a Digital Strategy & Enablement Intern, you will support SEO, Paid Search, and data analysis initiatives across US and global digital initiatives. You will assist with keyword research, search performance analysis, paid search support, and reporting across key digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital marketing and analytics tools, live search campaigns, and data-driven optimization in a dynamic, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Omnichannel Support Support SEO, Paid Search, and digital initiatives across US and global programs, including brand, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Affairs teams
  • Assist in aligning digital strategies and messaging across marketing, medical, commercial, and European stakeholder teams
  • Contribute to customer journey and touchpoint analysis to identify optimization opportunities across regions
  • Analytics & Insights Analyze search and digital performance data across brand, medical, and corporate properties to generate actionable insights
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports used by US and European teams
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and campaign performance across SEO, Paid Search, and digital channels
  • Campaign & Platform Support Assist with keyword research, on-page SEO analysis, and paid search support for brand, medical, and corporate initiatives
  • Support campaign setup, QA, and optimization across search and digital platforms used globally
  • Help manage workflows and documentation within enterprise marketing and analytics tools
  • Project & Process Support Support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and ways of working
  • Help develop training and enablement materials to support adoption across internal stakeholders
  • Innovation & Learning Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices
  • Provide input on innovative ideas and approaches that could enhance digital engagement
  • Support additional initiatives across the Digital Strategy and Enablement team as needed.
