About The Position

REGENXBIO is seeking a motivated student for an internship position in the Clinical Operations group. This is a cross functional position in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will support multiple projects for the retina programs and will have a strong desire to understand how clinical trials are designed, executed, and documented. This individual must be self-driven, organized, collaborative and able to communicate clearly and thrive in a highly dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of organizational skills with the ability to work on several assignments simultaneously
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• An understanding of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial phases would be beneficial
• Ability to maintain professionalism and standards

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Clinical Operations team and other cross-functional team members to organize and file study files and documents
• Create trackers to assist in building placeholders for cross-functional information for team reference
• Assist with training reconciliation of teams and day-to-day operations
• Assist with organizing meetings, teleconferences, and communication across functional teams
• Other duties as assigned
