Responsibilities Position Overview This internship offers hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing with a focus on water treatment facility operations. Interns will participate in value-added engineering and operational projects designed to enhance plant performance, safety, and reliability.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interest in chemical manufacturing and industrial water treatment.
• Comfort working in an operational plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the water treatment facility.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
• Support value-added improvement projects for the site.
• Participate in sampling, monitoring, inspections, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EH&S, and Maintenance teams.
• Present project results and recommendations to team.
