The Summer Internship Program – Event Services & Business Operations provides students and early-career professionals with hands-on exposure to the trade show and event services industry. Interns will gain practical experience supporting day-to-day business functions across multiple departments including operations, finance, sales, human resources, graphics production, and administrative coordination. This internship is designed to provide real-world experience in a fast-paced event production environment while helping interns develop professional skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to operational projects that support Heritage’s nationwide event services. Reporting Line Interns will report to the department manager overseeing their assigned area, with program coordination supported by company leadership or HR. Depending on placement, interns may support departments such as: Accounting & Finance Human Resources Sales & Account Management Graphics Production / Printshop Administrative Operations Environmental Design
