The Intern will assist ECD’s Revenue Management team with tasks related to the performance of the company’s portfolio of affordable and workforce apartment communities. Primary duties include maintaining processes and follow up related to market rent, renewal rent, utility allowances and other regulatory requirements for 110+ properties. This position will work with external and internal customers and must have strong communication skills, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to read regulatory agreements and governing documents for multi-family real estate ventures. This position will be supervised by the Associate Director, Revenue within the asset management team. This is a Hybrid position which will require 1-2 days onsite at the Baltimore HQ Office in Baltimore, MD.
