This project will focus on bringing together vendor requirements, resources, and documentation into a centralized, user-friendly website that will eventually serve as a go-to hub for both current and prospective vendors. We’re in search of a website design-savvy intern to review vendor onboarding and supply chain requirements, gather and consolidate existing materials, update language where needed, and organize everything into a clear and intuitive structure. The goal is to create an easy-to-navigate “one-stop shop” that helps vendors quickly understand Five Below’s expectations, processes, and partnership standards. Key Deliverables Consolidate vendor documentation and requirements into a centralized resource Review and update language for clarity and consistency Organize content into a user-friendly website framework for internal use Design an intuitive, visually engaging layout that can later be adapted for public access At the conclusion of the program, the intern will present a functioning internal version of the vendor website that houses key onboarding information, requirements, and operational expectations. By making these resources easier to access and understand, the project will help create greater transparency for vendors and internal teams while reducing confusion and repetitive questions throughout the onboarding and partnership process.
