About The Position

There will be two sessions:
Session I: May 26 through July 3, 2026
Session II: July 6 through August 14, 2026

Role Description:
Assist with survey and analysis of existing site conditions as needed
Produce drawings with direction from the design team and Project Manager
Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior members of the team to produce deliverables accurately and on time
Assist in preparing for client meetings
Assist in coordination efforts with the project team
Develop drawings and models as needed
Communicate effectively in written and oral formats
Self‐check own work for completeness and accuracy

Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from an Architectural degree program
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, time management, conceptual, communication, and organizational skill
• Basic knowledge and understanding of different rendering techniques and excellent graphic skills
• Precise and personable verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of architectural design and construction principles
• Must be able to commute to the NYC office
