About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Must be a rising sophomore, rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a four-year bachelor's degree program, with an anticipated graduation date of 2026, 2027 or 2028.

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing a major in Data Analytics, Sales, Communications or Finance.
• Strong Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Strong intellectual curiosity to think outside the box when problem solving.
• Ability to take the initiative to go above and beyond.
• 6+ months' experience via student clubs, community involvement or paid job.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high profile projects focusing on process improvements.
• Conduct market and industry research.
• Deepen the understanding of the distribution organization and how we go to market.
• Become familiar with insurance-related products and services.
• Engage with the greater MassMutual community through networking activities.
• Join colleagues in volunteer opportunities to make a positive impact in the community.
