You’ve completed high school and are currently a college junior or senior working toward a bachelor’s degree. You’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn how a major industry operates from the inside.
Day‑to‑Day Collaborating with your intern cohorts to research trends, brainstorm ideas, and build your team’s presentation for the Internship Competition. Shadowing brokers and client service managers to see how they prepare for meetings, analyze risk, and support clients across industries. Working on live projects—from reviewing client data to helping draft proposals or outreach materials that support business development. Joining strategy conversations where you’ll hear how teams think through challenges, evaluate financial impacts, and craft solutions for clients. Meeting industry partners during special sessions designed to give you a behind‑the‑scenes look at how carriers, underwriters, and other experts shape the insurance ecosystem. Developing professional skills as you learn new tools, sharpen your communication, and manage your own tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Everyday blends learning, collaboration, and hands‑on work that builds your confidence and helps you understand where you might want to take your career next.
