Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior in High School or some college
  • At Least 18 years old
  • Safety Commitment All UAC employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety trainings, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Employees must understand the PPE and wear it properly.
  • ITAR REQUIREMENTS UAC has a responsibility to comply with all applicable requirements set forth by International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR). This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder) Political Asylee, or Refugee.   • Proper usage of all PPE when working in the manufacturing areas of the plant
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges

  • Pick up all trash inside and outside
  • Set up tools (with corner organizers) at every workstation, with each tool identified to match the workstation
  • Repaint guard rails yellow
  • Repaint bathrooms, break rooms
  • Data entry
  • Hanging Signs
  • Relabel racks
  • Interest in work activities that include practical, hands-on problems and solutions
  • Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things
  • Providing information/updates to supervisors, co-workers
  • Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
  • Noticing a problem and figuring out the best way to solve it
  • Other duties as assigned
