Job Summary: AXS is looking for a motivated and curious UX Research Intern to join our team as a summer intern. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting research across our B2C fan experience on axs.com along with our B2B client-facing tools which help Ticketing Managers create and manage events, Marketers promote them, and venue, concert, and sports partners access reporting and insights. At AXS, UX research is a collaborative effort between Product Designers and User Researchers. As an intern, you’ll work closely with experienced researchers and designers, learning how research informs product decisions and improves the user experience for our clients. This internship is designed to give you exposure to real-world research projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities to develop practical skills in planning, conducting, and communicating research.
