About The Position
The 2025 Summer Rising Talent in Finance (RTiF) FP&A Intern position at Marsh McLennan is designed for rising seniors in undergraduate programs who are interested in building a career in finance. This 10-week internship program provides a meaningful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance, working within one of the company's finance groups. Interns will engage in various financial analyses, support the month-end close process, and assist in the development of financial plans, all while receiving mentorship and training from experienced finance professionals.
