About The Position

As a Rawlings summer intern, you will get the opportunity to make significant contributions to impactful projects in the Sporting Goods industry, while gaining valuable hands-on experience, and collaborating closely with our dynamic team. The Summer Interns will be based at our new for a Easton location in Thousand Oaks, CA 10-week internship, starting on May 18, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college course load.
• You must have a graduation date of December 2026 or later to qualify for the program.
• You must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal test-result databases to identify patterns linking bat design decisions to performance outcomes for aluminum and composite bats.
• Assist in finalizing an Excel-based documentation tool, including macros, to automate the entry of new bat designs into specification templates.
• Support bat performance testing in the internal batting cage and prepare concise summary reports of results.
• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and resources to improve overall department efficiency.
• Provide general support throughout the bat development process, including design, testing, and documentation activities.
