This internship is designed for early‑career undergraduate talent eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, high‑impact environment. Interns will be placed within a cross‑functional team—such as Marketing, Operations, Technology, or Growth Enablement—where you will contribute to meaningful outcomes from day one. Requirements

• An undergraduate student pursuing a business, economics, or other relevant major and eager to gain hands‑on experience
• Curious, motivated, and energized by solving real problems
• A collaborator who enjoys working across teams and perspectives
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity—and excited to bring structure where needed
• Passionate about health, wellness, consumer experience, or technology
• A strong communicator eager to learn, contribute, and grow
• Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments
• Strong analytical or problem‑solving skills
• An interest in healthcare, wellness, growth strategy, operations, or a related field
• A desire to be part of a mission‑driven company making an impact in people’s lives

Responsibilities

• Supporting cross‑functional initiatives that advance One Pass’s growth, operational excellence, or member engagement
• Conducting research and synthesizing insights to inform team decisions
• Building analyses, workflows, or documents that support business priorities
• Collaborating with internal partners to track progress, identify risks, and support execution
• Preparing and delivering a final presentation summarizing your outcomes and recommendations
