About The Position

As a Product Management intern, you will work closely with the Lead Product Manager to support the development and execution of product roadmap for Ready Connect TCU (Telematics Control Unit) product suite. The internship is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in strategic aspects of product management organization, including market analysis, product definition, cross‑functional alignment, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Completed coursework in an engineering discipline, computer science or telecommunications preferred
  • Eagerness to learn and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Must be currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's Degree program or higher at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter before participation in the internship program, and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
  • Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Be willing to work in an office in Novi, Michigan.
  • Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
  • Must provide full work availability from May 18, 2026 through August 7, 2026 and be able to work 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Assist in product roadmap development, market and competitive analysis, product definition, ecosystem partnerships, innovation initiatives, and financial planning.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across engineering, architecture, program management, and business leadership.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data, project plans and reports related to operational activities.
  • Maintain documentation including meeting minutes, action items and status reports.
  • Assist in putting together cross functional workshops and collaboration sessions.
  • Support and assist in customer related activities such as demo planning and exhibitions.
