About The Position

The Corporate Actions Product team is seeking a Product management Intern to join our team that serves as the center of operational excellence. In this role, you will assist in bridging efficient product development delivery with successful go-to-market and product strategy execution. You will assist with supporting the tools and processes that help our product teams operate better by measuring the success of their products. You’ll have opportunity to collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Customer Success teams to promote alignment and provide insights that aid in decision-making. Requirements

  • Expected bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field to be completed by May 2027 or equivalent.
  • Understanding of financial concepts and instruments, particularly related to indices and investment products.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
  • Strong interest in the financial services ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to roll up the sleeves and execute
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think strategically about project challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical skills (Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs).
  • Experience in creating dashboards with tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Early adopter of Agentic and GenAI workflows/tools like Copilot, Claude, NotebookLM, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating dashboards (using Power BI) that provide actionable insights for stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success).
  • Support general admin and enablement of the Product team’s tech stack (e.g., Aha, Pendo).
  • Aid in problem-solving product management needs and challenges with tooling and automation.
  • Help analyze our data sources and assets to support our data-informed strategy.
  • Assist in monitoring and measuring product development and delivery execution against product roadmap milestones, success criteria, and strategic goals.
  • Support Product teams with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with process documentation to ensure clarity and enable consistent practice across the product organization.
