About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Bachelor's degree track in Business Management and/or Marketing strongly preferred.
• Strong GPA.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required.
• Database mining and strong analytic skills are strongly desired.
• Communication / adaptability in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the importance of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and its impact on the dealership's reputation and business success. Engage in strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand the end-to-end service process, from customer greeting to vehicle delivery. Observe the interactions between service advisors and customers, focusing on effective communication and customer service skills.
• Gain insight into parts planning and inventory management. Participate in retail and wholesale parts sales, understanding objectives and performance metrics.
• Get involved in the creation, development, and deployment of marketing campaigns at both regional and local levels. Contribute ideas for promotions that drive service and parts sales, while engaging customers.
• Develop a clear understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of Fixed Operations Managers. Observe planning and execution strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
