About Our Internship Program Our interns provide valuable support to our teams as we work to expand access to the most diverse antibody repertoires and cutting-edge screening technologies. Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment and impactful work for our interns as well as learning and development opportunities. This is a 10-week program which offers an internship project and a platform for our interns to share their work with the organization. Our interns will be encouraged to drive their projects and network within the organization, but they will also have a dedicated Intern Manager and Intern Advocate to offer guidance and support throughout the program. About This Role We're seeking a Summer Intern to work across our Molecular Biology and Computational Immunology teams to develop and execute technology refinements to our Next Generation Sequencing workflow. The Molecular Biology and Computational Immunology teams work closely together to deliver selected panels of antibody candidates for therapeutic research. The individual will bridge software and the wetlab to support new workflow refinements. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in a molecular biology laboratory setting, software programming, and strong communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should possess enthusiasm to learn complex systems and assays, coupled with a passion for therapeutic biology research. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Molecular Biology. Please note: Our program will begin mid-June and end mid-late August. This is an onsite position based out of our Emeryville headquarters, and we do not offer relocation for this opportunity. This is a full-time position, and the working hours are 8am-5pm PT.
