About The Position

Naturium is seeking a Summer Intern, Influencer Marketing to support the execution of influencer campaigns across paid and organic partnerships, PR mailers, and brand activations. This role offers hands-on exposure to creator research, content tracking, event support, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-growing, science-forward skincare brand.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
  • Based in Los Angeles, with availability for a hybrid schedule including at least three days in person per week
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, beauty, and creator culture
  • Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with influencer marketing tools and campaign trackers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day conceptualization and execution of influencer campaigns across paid and organic initiatives
  • Proactively source and identify user-generated content (UGC) that authentically showcases real product use and strong brand alignment
  • Assist with creator research across TikTok, Meta platforms, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Track metrics and post-campaign summaries using Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ to support reporting and learnings
  • Assist with influencer send-outs, including shipment coordination, product selection, and organization
  • Stay up to date on cultural moments and trends, sharing relevant insights with the team
  • Support planning and execution of brand events and pop-ups that involve influencer participation
  • Assist with guest list coordination, influencer attendance, and on-site logistics support
  • Support post-event reporting and learnings through performance tracking and summaries
  • Research and identify new creators aligned with the brand and specific product priorities
  • Help ideate mailer themes, packaging concepts, and merchandise inclusions to create social-first moments
  • Track mailer performance, content, and post-campaign results using Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, Brand, Digital, and Creative teams to support key brand moments
