Requirements

  • Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in HR, organizational psychology, business management or related area of study.
  • Interest in the banking/financial services industry.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of DEIB Principles, such as Business Resource Groups and how to support them, diversity metrics and data, training, and social media.
  • Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources team with a wide range of activities.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of DEIB related Business Resource events including Juneteenth and PRIDE month across our Region.
  • Support DEIB Data analysis.
  • Assist with college partnership opportunities with BRGs and Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Assist in exploration of new DEIB related workshop content.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, community outreach, and engagement related to our DEI work.
  • Integrate information and prepare meeting agendas and goal setting for our DEIB Business Resource Groups.
  • Assist with creating and posting social media content for related DEIB topics.
  • Support Chief Diversity Officer and DEIB Team in implementing and executing on DEIB programs and initiatives.
