RGA seeks a collaborative, curious, and motivated student to provide support to the Global Human Resources department through a summer internship. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with HR professionals to gain a broad exposure to strategic projects and operations spanning HR compliance, shared services, payroll, compensation, employee benefits, talent acquisition, talent planning, and organizational development. You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, apply knowledge, and work with HR experts to support RGA's business strategies. Through RGA's core internship program, you will also have other opportunities to learn about the business and network with other interns.
