About The Position

We are excited for you to launch an exciting career in insurance! As a HUB Summer Student you will assist the team with daily tasks to support client and departmental needs. Working with a line of business, you will learn about insurance brokerage through hands on work gaining valuable experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include: Interact with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to tailored insurance solutions in sales and service departments. Assist in maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and other critical data. Analyze data, create reports, and contribute to market analysis and research projects that support decision-making. Collaborate with team members to manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc
Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Some college (no degree)
