About The Position

The GenAI team designs and delivers AI-powered solutions that enable field and marketing teams to make better, faster, and more informed decisions. We translate enterprise GenAI strategy into practical tools that support real-world field workflows, partnering closely with commercial, data science, and technology teams to bring these solutions to life. By combining user-centric design, responsible AI practices, and continuous feedback from the field, the team plays a critical role in connecting advanced analytics and AI innovation with the day-to-day needs of field-facing and brand teams. The GenAI Marketing and Field Enablement Intern will support the design, delivery, and adoption of GenAI-powered tools that help field teams make better, faster decisions. This intern will assist with maintaining first-line support materials and enablement content for field-facing GenAI solutions, helping route questions, feedback, and enhancement requests to the appropriate teams. They will work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, data science, and technology partners to support launch readiness, training materials, and communications that drive awareness and adoption of GenAI capabilities. Additionally, the intern will support review of usage metrics and user feedback to help identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve field engagement, contributing to marketing narratives and enablement updates shared with field leadership.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Communications, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas, insights, or technical concepts into clear, field‑ready or marketing‑ready content.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams (e.g., marketing, analytics, technology, or commercial partners).
  • Interest in Generative AI, digital tools, or emerging technologies and how they can be applied to marketing and field enablement.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a preference for being onsite a minimum of two days per week in the Durham, NC office.
  • Must be able to work full-time (35–40 hours per week) throughout the duration of the 12‑week internship (May/June ~ August 2026).
  • Must have active student status and/or be within 12 months post‑graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post‑doctoral candidates are not eligible.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date.
  • Completion of the assessment is required to proceed in the application process.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with or strong interest in Generative AI tools (e.g., experimentation with prompts, AI‑assisted content creation, or AI‑driven insights) in academic, personal, or internship settings.
  • Experience creating or supporting enablement materials, such as presentations, training documents, FAQs, or internal communications.
  • Exposure to data analysis or reporting, including reviewing metrics, usage data, or feedback to identify trends and insights.
  • Comfort working in cross‑functional environments, partnering with technical, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Interest in user‑centric design, continuous improvement, and incorporating user feedback into tools, content, or processes.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working or fast‑paced project environments (academic projects or internships acceptable).

Responsibilities
