Summary The Intern under the leadership of their respective managers will participate in projects and collaborate with associates across different businesses. The Intern will also have opportunities to interact with other Interns and Associates in scheduled fun activities and learning events.

Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a 4 year Accredited College or University.
• Overall GPA 3.0 or above.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing a Marketing degree with an emphasis on data analytics within Marketing and digital customer experiences.
• Pursuing a Business or Marketing degree, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support field representatives advocating for 156 Toyota dealerships in the GST region.
• Support GST's vision to build a better customer experience through world-class service and parts processes.
• Support customer satisfaction goals, dealership sales incentives, initiatives, training, and dealer processes.
• Support GST's vision to build a better car buying experience through a world-class digital and appointment culture.
• Support customer satisfaction goals, dealership inventory management, improve dealership processes, and develop the digital purchase process.
