About The Position

Rawlings Sporting Goods provides the finest quality sporting goods equipment and products to the worlds greatest players and to those who simply dream of playing great. As a Rawlings summer intern, you will get the opportunity to make significant contributions to impactful projects in the Sporting Goods industry, while gaining valuable hands-on experience, and collaborating closely with our dynamic team. The Summer Interns will be based at our new St. Louis headquarters in Westport, MO for a 10-week internship, starting on May 18, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college course load.
• You must have a graduation date of December 2026 or later to qualify for the program.
• You must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites

Responsibilities

• Learn Rawlings Sporting Goods business: this may include sales, customer service, operations, finance, and information technology.
• Participate in professional networking and meetings.
• Conduct research and complete projects.
• Be exposed to managers, directors, and executives of the company.
• Support digital marketing initiatives using Salesforce tools, with a focus on email and SMS campaigns, database management, and SEO work.
• Assist with all brand related content and posting, along with reporting needs.
