Vizient Intern Program Overview: This program is intended to create a beneficial relationship and growth opportunity for Vizient, our employees, and collegiate students. Since 2000, our summer intern program has provided college undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students with practical experience that exposes them to multiple aspects of a career field and the healthcare industry. This full-time, paid intern program offers an opportunity to accelerate academic learning, apply classroom knowledge, and introduce students to a professional setting. Interns are assigned a supervisor to mentor/develop business skills and monitor work experiences. Interns are integral members of the company's team, setting goals, working toward deadlines, and actively participating in community service projects. The program requires the intern to commit to 10 weeks of participation in all formal training, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and opportunities to interact with senior leaders. Program starts June 1, 2026, and ends August 7, 2026. 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $24 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to join the Director of Implementation on distributor-facing calls to discuss projects. Perform maintenance and cleanup work within the Power Platform to ensure applications, workflows, and reports remain accurate, efficient, and up to date.
