About The Position

The Finance Intern will be supporting various Corporate Finance functions including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, Corporate Credit, and Facilities-Finance. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate finance environment, working closely with experienced professionals on financial projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration abilities
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Since the office location in Montvale, NJ, is not accessible by public transportation, interns must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, BW (Business Warehouse), and Hyperion preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and enhancement of internal Management reporting tools and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
• Support the Facilities / Real-Estate team in analyzing lease-market conditions identifying opportunities for Rent / OpEx savings
• Support the various Finance departments with ad-hoc analyses, data gathering, and participation in special projects to gain exposure to key financial planning activities.
• Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency; contribute creative ideas to encourage innovation and process improvement.
