Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience or coursework in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation and execution of potential M&A transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis, including valuation modeling and due diligence.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the development of strategic initiatives and business plans.
• Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on strategic opportunities.
