We offer an 8–10-week, paid summer internship program for college students to help prepare yourself for your career after college.

Requirements

Rising Junior or Senior pursuing Bachelor’s degree in a related field of the internship.
Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
Ability to problem solve, prioritize, organize and multitask
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and teamwork
Strong project management and writing skills
Knowledge and experience with multimedia content

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing volunteer events and fundraising initiatives.
Attend events to engage with community members and represent the company’s mission.
Assist with confirming sponsorship opportunities.
Assist in outreach to nonprofit partners based on Charitable Fund and Corporate Philanthropy initiatives.
Help maintain relationships with local and national health-focused nonprofit organizations.
Work with the marketing team on creating marketing materials such as flyers, event recaps, and employee engagement reports as needed.
Support internal communications to increase employee participation in volunteer efforts and for communicating all social impact/community initiatives.
Track community engagement metrics, volunteer hours, and program impact.
Assist in preparing reports for leadership, highlighting the effectiveness of social impact initiatives.
Support documentation of community investments, including donations and sponsorships.
Help coordinate employee volunteer programs.
Develop strategies to increase participation in corporate volunteerism and donation drives.
Assist in recognizing and celebrating employees who contribute to community impact efforts.
Support projects aligned with corporate social responsibility.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing records, and budget tracking.
Provide support for grant applications and nonprofit funding requests.
