This position will support the Commercial Analytics and Data Science team by enhancing analytics and reporting capabilities through the development and modernization of dashboards and analytical workflows. The intern will work closely with analytics and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions, and may also contribute to initiatives such as experimentation, performance analysis, and model development.

Requirements

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
  • Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about marketing analytics.
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and work effectively with other staff.
  • Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Understanding of analytics concepts such as data preparation, validation, and performance monitoring.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
  • Experience with SQL and Python, including data querying, manipulation, analytics.
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards and data applications using enterprise data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks AI/BI) and app-based frameworks (Dash, Shiny).
  • Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks, AWS, or GCP.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Git and/or Bitbucket is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commercial Analytics and Data Science team in enhancing analytics and reporting capabilities to support marketing and business decision making.
  • Support the development, modernization, and maintenance of dashboards and/or analytical workflows, including improvements to functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Perform data extraction and analysis by querying databases using SQL to support dashboard development, experimentation, and ad hoc analytics.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based analytics or data processing code to support reporting, experimentation (such as A/B testing), or model-related initiatives.
  • Assist in validating and monitoring analytical outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support documentation of analytics workflows, dashboard logic, and data sources.
