Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Sociology, Business, Communications, or similar field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication skills, and program design.
  • Relevant experience with software such as MS Office Suite, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Background leading, developing, or working with inclusive initiatives or programs.
  • Presentation skills, content creation, skills in design software like Canva, Adobe, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team in projects, data collection, and inclusive initiatives, while gaining practical experience in corporate social responsibility and inclusion.
  • Assist Belonging and Inclusion Advisor with inclusive programming planning/execution.
  • Serve as administrative support to include presentation prep, meeting notetaking, email follow-ups.
  • Help design relative and creative content for inclusion and how it can be leveraged for learning across Ingram Micro.
