Our Summer internship allows college students to learn our industry, right where the action takes place. This will be a hands-on experience for students, to learn the industry from the ground-up. You'll work alongside some of the best in the asphalt business. This a great opportunity for students with minimal or no asphalt industry experience to gain first-hand knowledge. The internship program may provide experiences in the following area: Project Management, Overall Introduction to Asphalt and Paving Operations, Quality Control process, Safety program.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant degree.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn technical processes.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the industry from the ground-up.
• Work alongside experienced professionals in the asphalt business.
• Gain first-hand knowledge of project management and paving operations.
• Participate in quality control processes and safety programs.
