About The Position
Young Life requires all employees to sign a Statement of Faith. We recommend you read this statement before applying for any position. The position involves various aspects of spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, and ministry support. Employees are expected to actively participate in the spiritual life of the Young Life community and maintain relationships within a parish community. The role includes equipping leaders, recruiting volunteers, and developing a leadership team that reflects the community. Additionally, employees will assist in communicating ministry updates to donors and engage in direct ministry activities with students and adults.
