We are looking for a Test Engineering Intern to join the team in Austin, TX this summer! Overview: In this role, you will work with a highly motivated test team supporting Skyworks Timing Solutions. You will be responsible for creating customized tools to accelerate the development of test programs for Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong experience in C/C++ programming and scripting languages
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Familiar with Atlassian's Jira and Confluence applications
• Currently pursing a BS or MS in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related programs

Nice To Haves

• Preferred hardware/software development experience within applications, or validation engineering

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing automation tools
• Identifying issues and troubleshooting problems with software development
• Documenting test results by using scripting tools to analyze data
• Use of configuration management tools to document releases
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of ATE tools into the production process
