Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject areas
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Rising Junior, rising Senior or current Senior in college
- Local to the DMV area
- Practical experience generating process documentation and writing reports
- Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills, tools, and technology
- Resourceful in overcoming obstacles
- Critical thinker who will think outside the box.
- Understanding of the Agile software life-cycle.
- Research business and technical topics
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing project delivery excellence reviews
- Assist in assessing project risk against defined quality metrics
- Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and their supporting technologies.
- Analyze data to improve operational practices in the area of Quality
- Collaborate and innovate to connect our people with the technology they need to build market relevant skills and be impactful to the business.
