Valley Cabinet is hiring FULL TIME Summer Help to join our 1st and 2nd shift manufacturing team. We’re seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who are eager to learn, stay productive, and grow this summer. If you enjoy hands-on work in a production-focused environment, this role may be a great fit. Requirements

Must be able to work the full-time hours listed
Ability to learn and retain on the job training.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to read measurement tools such as a tape measure.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English.
Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.

Responsibilities

Follow established manufacturing procedures under assigned department which may include but not limited to: sanding, assembly, loading and unloading.
Ensure work orders are completed successfully, on-time, and meet customer specifications.
Identify defects and next steps when found.
Operate various hand and power tools.
Follow all safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment.
Participate and contribute to a “Team” environment.
Other duties as assigned.
