Dept. 9-08 Specific ResponsibilitiesQuality Focus Analyze defect, scrap, and FPY data to highlight top issues and drive improvements Conduct process audits to verify adherence to standards and identify gaps Refresh work instructions and visual standards to improve consistency and reduce errors Support root-cause investigations and calibration tracking to strengthen process reliability Develop Quality-focused Layered Process Audits per Work Center based on Non-conformance Data and frequency of defects Seasonal Summer EmploymentTo cover vacations and meet continued customer demand, we will once again extend our tradition of hiring seasonal employees in the Machine Division, Euclid & Mentor Consumables Division and Maintenance Departments. Specific responsibilities will vary depending on department placement. These positions may require working a two or three shift rotation and/or other work schedule variance.
