About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for various projects and for the overall curb appeal of the assigned properties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Walk property grounds to pick up any trash, cigarette butts to ensure a clean and safe atmosphere. Empty all waste containers. Spray and pull weeds. Trim bushes and trees when directed. Spray out and clean trash areas. Report and damages or property issues to manager. Painting, both indoor and outdoor. Carpet tear outs. Spraying of HVAC equipment. Painting parking lot lines. Assist maintenance team with any all items as directed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No direct supervisory responsibilities.
