We are seeking reliable and motivated Summer Manufacturing Workers to support our production team during the summer months. This role is designed for high school/college students interested in gaining hands-on work experience in a manufacturing environment. Our Summer Help team members will assist with a variety of production and shop support tasks while learning the importance of safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs. with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

Assisting manufacturing and production teams with general labor and support tasks
Helping with material handling, staging, packaging, and cleanup
Operating basic tools or equipment (training provided)
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Following all safety rules and company procedures
Working cooperatively with supervisors and teammates
Performing other tasks as assigned to support daily production needs
