About The Position

Royal is a diverse manufacturer of injection molding, urethane foam and assemblies, serving the automotive, furniture, and consumer products industries. We are currently hiring seasonal full-time Assemblers and Molding Operators for the Summer of 2025 at our Mission location. This opportunity is ideal for freshly graduated high-school students, college students, or teachers off for the summer. Please note that these positions are seasonal and available only from May to August.

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8-hours per day.
• Desire to work one of the following shifts: 1st Shift (8am-4pm), 2nd Shift (4pm-12am), 3rd Shift (12am-8am).
• Graduated high school (or be 18 years old).
• Must be hardworking, reliable and have a strong attention to detail.
• Share in Royal's values to work hard while maintaining a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing parts by putting together component parts using basic robotics and/or hand tools.
• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Lift up to 35lbs at a time.
• Follow visual and written work instructions.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
