The New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) provides summer internship programming for college students who are currently enrolled in college, graduating, and recently graduated from a college program. The ACS College Internship Program (CIP) is comprised of high-impact service projects led by ACS senior leadership as well as managers in program areas. All our programs are assessed as a critical service need relevant to children, families, and the communities the live in. Through our internship program, ACS will be recruiting 28 dynamic college graduate students to serve as Summer Graduate Interns in various administrative and/or research assignments throughout the agency and with community partners. ACS aspires to provide students with workforce skills and pathways to quality civil service careers with advancement opportunities. In addition, we strive to create opportunities for civic leadership and youth development. During this short-term, you’ll have the unique opportunity to add value as well as your voice to help ACS expand its reach to provide better services that will have a transformative impact on the lives of New Yorkers.
