About The Position

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for positive guest interactions by welcoming guests, handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant facility. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager. Applications for this position will be accepted until April 15th, 2026 for the Summer 2026 Season.

Requirements

Must be over 16 years of age
Proficient guest service experience is preferred
Ability to communicate and follow oral or written directions in English is required
Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate level is required for employees of ski in/ski out restaurants in winter
Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals
Ability to remain focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
Follows all safety policies and procedures and exercises caution when working

Responsibilities

Responsible for following designated opening/closing procedures for the restaurant, including housekeeping functions for the restaurant and restroom areas
Engage with guests, helping as needed to ensure their needs are met
Utilize a point of sale (POS) system to accurately charge guests, apply discounts
Alert Restaurant Manager to discrepancies with pricing or other guest concerns/comments
Clean and clear tables efficiently, pre-bussing items at busy times to be able to turn tables quickly
Ensure all food items are stocked, and alert the manager to items that are out of stock
Move tables, chairs, and bus stations to facilitate housekeeping and snow removal
Maintain cleanliness of bus stations, to include removal of trash and recycling
Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist other departments as business volumes and staff levels demand
Other duties as assigned
