This internship position offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance, investor relations, and capitalization management, providing a strong foundation for a career in finance and business operations.

Requirements

  • Currently obtaining a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling or data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Capitalization Table Management:
  • Maintain and update the company’s capitalization table, ensuring accuracy in ownership records and equity transactions.
  • Investor Relations Support:
  • Assist with investor communications, data requests, and due diligence materials for fundraising or corporate events.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  • Partner with legal, operations, and business development teams to support financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Financial Data Analysis:
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and models to support management decision-making.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Help organize and maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
