The Chicago Public Education Fund (The Fund) is a nonprofit that supports public schools by investing in the talented educators who lead them. We partner with Chicago Public Schools, the City of Chicago, the local philanthropic community, and school leaders to build and sustain a culture of innovation, a love for learning, and a passion for service to students. For more than two decades, our programs, policy work, and data infrastructure have made a measurable, positive impact in schools and improve outcomes for students. We are currently seeking a Summer Fellow to assist The Fund’s Data and Strategy Team, in analyzing end-of-year program data and participant trends. This role offers an opportunity to work hands-on with education data, supporting efforts to assess the impact of our programs on school leaders and identifying key insights to inform strategic improvements. The Fellow will play a critical role in organizing and managing data sets, contributing to cross-team initiatives, and developing a capstone project that advances The Fund’s mission of strengthening principal quality and leadership development.
