About The Position
Lipscomb Academy is seeking enthusiastic and responsible adults to assist with a variety of camps and activities as part of our 2026 Summer Experience program. The dates of our program are listed below. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, engaging environment, support meaningful experiences for students, and be apart of an energetic and mission-driven team. If you are a current Lipscomb University student, this position may be Federal Work Study eligible. Dates of Summer Experience Offerings: May 26 - July 31 (Holiday Observance: July 4)
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well with children in a group setting
- A positive, team oriented attitude
- Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality are essential
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a variety of versatile activities, including: Sports and Physical Activities Arts and Crafts Outdoor Adventures Gaming STEM/Academic Enrichment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times
- Act as a positive role model for campers, fostering teamwork, creativity, and responsibility
