About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment that inspires, motivates, challenges, supports, and recognizes exceptional performance. This position is responsible for accepting and accurately processing transactions in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures. As the first point of contact for both new and existing clients, the CSR is tasked with delivering excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions. The CSR must determine the appropriate individual or line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer service issues.
