The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is charged with accepting and accurately processing transactions according to the Bank's policies and procedures. As the initial contact for new and existing clients, a CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions. The role involves determining the proper individual or line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer service issues.
