About The Position

Position Overview: TPB is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our Bank Division for Summer 2026. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to the operations of a private bank, with a focus on supporting the Credit Team and gaining hands-on experience across multiple banking functions. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact our clients and business. Learning Objectives: Develop a foundational understanding of private banking operations and credit analysis Gain insight into how TPB delivers exceptional client service Build professional skills in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving Experience the collaborative culture of Tolleson Private Bank

Requirements

  • Must be an active Sophomore or Junior college student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Graduation date on or before May 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 3.3 (overall)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in private banking, credit, and client service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Credit Team with back-office tasks, including financial statement spreads, annual credit reviews, and portfolio monitoring
  • Support documentation and data management for loan files and client records
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to areas such as lending, operations, compliance, and client service
  • Shadow team members to learn about TPB’s approach to serving clients and managing risk
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
