About The Position
The Summer Community Team Leader for the TRIO Upward Bound Program at North Shore Community College (NSCC) is responsible for assisting the full-time staff with the general operation of the program. This includes participating in staff training, maintaining a positive environment for students and staff, supporting program logistics, and mentoring students. The position is non-benefited and grant funded, with a work schedule that includes training, a day program, and a residential program at UMass Amherst.
